London Stock Exchange servers go down

今天(昨天?)的新聞：倫敦證券交易所電腦掛點，創下倫敦交易所暫停交易最長紀錄。

新聞來源就 google "London Stock Exchange servers go down"，會有一堆..

這時候....當然就想知道交易所是採用哪一個作業系統。

2005年 9 月開始...嗯，至少也撐過 3年了。

這類的事情，slashdot的討論，看起來總是很有趣..

據說是因為美國政府宣佈支援兩家快掛的房貸公司，導致開盤後買單交易量大增。系統不勝負荷 (這一段是廣播說的..)


那，紐約用的是哪一個系統呢....
低調...低調...還沒撐過三年呀....

應該是樹大招風吧。
不曉得該"Case Study"會不會加入這次大當機的 information...

以後採用MS的單位，大概會懇請MS不要列入他們的Case Study ...
