115200/10 = 11520 Bytes/sec

S3C2443 UART FIFO size = 64 Bytes
64/11.52 = 6 (ms)
400MHz
1/400 uS per inst
10 Bytes /ms => 0.1 ms = 100 us pre byte.
100/400 = 40000 inst.
結論：
OVF : 40000 個instruction,, 也來不及.....
400MHz 敗給 66MHz.

沒辦法用baudrate =115200嚕
不然
就會來不及get data
導致
overflow
這樣是說...40000 個instruction，加上serial driver的priority是第3高的(ref Vincent)，所以，應該不會來不及。
但是在serial driver中加上fifo full message，結果...在tapping screen 時，真的會發生.. @_@
